Cédric Krier d7ed5f91f5 Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier c4e96016d8 Add permission groups on export 
By default an export is only available for his creator and administrators.
We add a list of groups that are allowed to read and a second subset of groups
that are allowed to modify it.

Cédric Krier 4679d1c910 Add ir.calendar for month and day 
This allows to replace time_locale and use the translation infrastructure
instead. So it can be customized using the translation override or derivative
languages.
This provides also a standard base to modules that needs calendar month and
day.

Cédric Krier 8f5bcebf38 Fix update of database for new field src_md5 in translation 
src_md5 can be used when updating schema of other Models so translation must be
updated first
src_md5 must be created before calling super because it can be used also in
init of translation
