Cédric Krier 81bade4035 Allow sharing view searches 
We add a rule to give read access to all view searches without a user.
We manage the delete access on client side thanks to the _delete attribute.
If the user does not have the delete right, the bookmark star is disabled.

Cédric Krier c4e96016d8 Add permission groups on export 
By default an export is only available for his creator and administrators.
We add a list of groups that are allowed to read and a second subset of groups
that are allowed to modify it.

- Enforce refresh session
- Remove write access for admin
- Use root to synchronize
- Do not fail if model does not exist anymore
- Remove from written values fields that do not exist anymore
- Rewrite fs_value to ensure normalized format

Cédric Krier 0c652a7473 Replace (Field, Operator, Operand) by Domain in Rule 
The current implementation requires to query the fields description in English
to allow to convert the operand into value. This is process is quite expensive
on the translation table.

- Fix racing condition with long job
- Add user restriction for issue1817
- Remove unuseful fields:
    - priority (all cron must be runned)
    - running (never visible outside the transaction)
- Rename some field according to their label
- Remove "Work Days" interval type
- Add cron option to activate or not the cron
