Cédric Krier a3686bf915 Make display returning promise 
When closing a modified tab without saving, the tab must be remove after the
reload and display. This prevents exception to be raised by calling display on
form widget that are removed.

Cédric Krier 81adc7d0db Compare also the record rows to reconstruct tree view 
As the row keeps a link to the record, the records of the group could have been
replaced by new records with exactly the same length.

modal hide is asynchronous and so removing the element before it has finished
to hide with fade, bootstrap will leave the backdrop.

Cédric Krier 7603eaa7b9 Don't hard-code min-width on form input 
The input is also used in editable tree which has the property overflow set to
hidden so if the cell is not large enough the widget is partialy hidden.

The domain inversion is used on the screen domain combined with the tab domain
