We split the operations into two steps, so we can do the setup calls at the end
if there is no installation or update.

Cédric Krier 4d58b3a720 Don't remove from context the format of Binary fields 
The getter of the Binary field could be called many times in the same
transaction, so popping out the format from the context create a side effect
that changes the requested format.

Cédric Krier 68c34c203a Add name to union_column to ease override 
The current union_column uses the field.name to get the union_field, it works
correctly but prevent to implement by override a clean mapping transformation of
name between the union and the models. Indeed it is doable by passing an other
field but then we could potentially lost the automatic sharding.
