Cédric Krier 9f3b1271d3 Add wizard and state_name to StateView.get_view 
This gives the same signature as for get_buttons and get_defaults. And so it
allows to customize the returned view base on the wizard state.

When updating session with data from the client, the states must be mark as
dirty to be saved in the database at the end of the process.

Cédric Krier a94ceb4321 Add default database language code 
The configuration option defines which translated value will be stored in the
main field.
The methods of ir.translation which were already publicly used are now public.
Setting the main translation mark translations of other languages fuzzy.
