Cédric Krier 61f8d6629b Use query clause when searching quantity for 1 location 
We can use the compute quantities query if the request is for a single location
because all the locations are children and so we can do a SUM.

Cédric Krier 1e5d079d5c Do not set effective_date on assign 
When the effective date is set on assignation, if the move stays in this state
for more than 1 day, it is no more taken into account for stock quantity
computation.
But if the effective date is not set on assign, the stock quantity computation
must always include assigned moves when stock_assign is set with the exception
of delta computation which must always use the effective or planned date.

Cédric Krier c91a2409f2 Add a quick sum in compute_quantities for single location 
When a single location is requested, we don't need to compute the value of all
the node of the subtree because all locations are children. So we can sum the
quantity directly as if it was for the location.
