Cédric Krier faaf2f29c1 Use duck typing to convert single UPS package into a list 
It seems that UPS has fixed its API such that it always returns a list for
PackageResults but it is still better to test the actual result.

Cédric Krier b14eea4620 Increase transaction counter when erasing party 
As the erase is done using direct SQL query, the counter is not increased so
there is no log event created because the wizard use the counter to determine
if there were some modification and thus create a log entry.
