Cédric Krier befa450e47 Do not lock web shop records when fetching or updating Shopify order 
It is not needed as the unique constraint on the sale for the shopify
identifier ensures that only one sale is created per order.

Cédric Krier c9980988cc Store in the cache all the lines to reconcile when searching for the best reconciliation 
When the last line is pop from the debit/credit list, the access to the balance
may invalidate the cache of other records to fill the cache of the last one.
This may become very inefficient on large list of lines.
So by setting the record cache size to the size of the list of lines, we ensure
that no cache is invalidated during the calculation.

Cédric Krier 13bb47b868 Remove default lead time for product sold 
By default it is better to assume that we do not know the default lead time of
the company which allows to select the first supplier no matter its lead time.
The sale already plans the stock move to today when the planned shipping date
is empty since a748de86c8d6.
