Cédric Krier b222ab29f9 Improve exception handling wizard 
We use two Many2Many fields to let the user explicitly fill them with the
records to ignore or recreate.
Any cancelled records that have not been added to one of the fields, will stay
in exception to be proceeded later.

Cédric Krier 9dc25266b0 Implement a strategy of O(n) to find the best combination of lines to reconcile 
The combination implementation is replaced by strategy that search the
smallest remaining from the order lines by removing the last debit or credit
depending on the remaining sign.

Since 530295147233 AmountMixin.get_amount uses sqlite_apply_types which
requires columns of select query to have an alias to apply the type for
