Cédric Krier dd222215eb Lock table on transaction start 
When trying to lock a table, we check if it was locked at the start of the
transaction otherwise we raise a TransactionError so the all transaction is
restarted over with the table added to the table to lock.
This ensures when a table is locked that we always read the last committed
values.

Cédric Krier 9dea49488c Do not use class value of Reference field if it is not a ModelStorage 
When Reference fields store partial reference, the value is the stored string
instead of an instance. So the class of the value is then str which can not be
used for domain validation.

The tasks list is global per thread. As the tests are run in the same thread,
we must clear remaining tasks that are not run by the test.

Cédric Krier 83f516f4fe Retry pulling from the queue when DatabaseOperationalError is raised 
The Queue.pull method can raise such exception even with an autocommit
transaction because the update query can be in conflict with another same
update query. This is because we use repeatable isolation level.
