Cédric Krier 23cd459b36 Improve get_reconcile_lines_for_amount 
Test all combinations of both payment_lines and lines_to_pay and keep the one
with the smaller remainder.
Use a namedtuple as result to ease its usage to callers.

The refactoring of Report API from changeset 50c1863e0483 broke all the
customized behaviour of the Invoice report.

- Fix the cache that could not be managed from the get_context
- Fix the cache storage in case of missing
