Sergi Almacellas Abellana ceefdeb72f Manage staging moves on shipment workflow 
Staging moves are automatically assigned when purchased so
we should remove them when packing a shipment as they are
not part of the shipment.

We also skip moves with zero quantity because they will
always succeed.

Assigning on pick prevents to edit the outgoing moves.

Shipments that create inventory moves should fill a planned date for them as we
have a method to compute it. The probability is high to inventory the product
once received.

We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier 2429ddadea Improve moves synchronisation on shipments 
By using the origin as synchronisation key, the code is simplified but also it
allows to follow when products are changed.
The same design is applied to the internal shipment which allows to synchronise
also the lots.

Cédric Krier d5ac1e8337 Fix shipment report when locations are the same or transit location is used 
The inventory moves is empty when the locations of the shipment are the same.
The other moves field must be used.
When a transit location is used for internal shipment, the moves field to use
depend of the state. If it is already shipped then the incoming moves is used
to know where to store products and if it is not yet shipped than the outgoing
moves is used to pick the products.
