Cédric Krier 9cce9ef35e Lock only FRST SEPA mandates when processing payment group 
This prevents most of the time to consume a sequence number for the group
because the transaction has to restart to lock the mandates.

It is not allowed to delete a sale line if the sale state is not draft or
cancelled.

Cédric Krier 2ce1adfc04 Do not prevent to process sale line without product and quantity from Shopify 
When a line is removed on Shopify, the quantity of the sale line is set to 0 in
Tryton because Shopify refund the line.
So such line without product must not prevent to process the sale as they will
not generate any stock move nor invoice line.
