Cédric Krier db6cc1324d Do not set WWW-Authenticate on XMLHttpRequest 
Client using XMLHttpRequest should manage themselves the authentication.
So by not setting the header, we prevent the browser to raise an authentication
popup.

We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier 29d72c8746 Test mimetypes instead of the accept_mimetypes tuple 
The property returns a list of tuple with mimetype, priority. The protocol
must be tested against only the mimetype instead of the tuple which will
always failed except if the type is exact.

Cédric Krier e85a4891ac Serve index.html for static directory 
This allows to have shorter sao URL because it is without index.html.

Cédric Krier c0aa69fa23 Make wsgi app returns Internal Server Error on exception 
If no protocol convert the data into a Response and if the data is an exception
it should be returned as an Internal Server Error instead of a succeed
response.
The exception can be used as description for the Internal Server Error.
