Cédric Krier 6b7dfcd1f5 Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier bc218140de Add ir.calendar for month and day 
This allows to replace time_locale and use the translation infrastructure
instead. So it can be customized using the translation override or derivative
languages.
This provides also a standard base to modules that needs calendar month and
day.

Cédric Krier fc1b9a35b2 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.

Cédric Krier 9d18d87062 Don't compute supply date for max date 
When date is max, there is no point to compute a weekday and adding anything to
max will raise OverflowError. Such case should just return max date.
