Some third party expect to always have the trailing 0 in the format of currency amount. So the amount coming from the database must already have the right precision to format. Closes #15085 (grafted from 0ace319afd0fdf51ae4d6df4f6e1a39fc9005525) --HG-- branch : 8.0
