Cédric Krier d831666453 Base journal cash report on account kind receivable and payable ...

Since changeset d1d3a1c12158, journal has no more credit/debit accounts.
The journal cash report is based now on all moves between receivable/payable
and others.
We clean also unused Model and method from the removal of the credit/debit
accounts.
