Dominican Republic banks for Tryton

Dominican Republic bank data and bank account extensions for Tryton 8.0.
The module extends the standard bank module with:
- Dominican bank loading wizard.
- Bank account type selection for savings and checking accounts.
- Search support by party, BIC and official SB registration.
- Regulatory category, status, source and source update date.
The loading wizard creates or updates banks as parties, including Dominican
RNC identifiers, addresses, telephone, email and website contact mechanisms
from the included bank.csv file. The catalog contains the 45 entities
listed as operating by the Superintendency of Banks of the Dominican Republic
at the time of this release.
Data provenance
The registration, legal name, RNC, regulatory category, status, principal
office, telephone, email, website and update date come from each entity's
official detail page in the Superintendency of Banks operating register <https://sb.gob.do/supervisados/entidades-de-intermediacion-financiera/?page=1&size=96&estado=Operando>_.
BIC/SWIFT is optional because the regulator does not publish it. A value is included only where it was already verified for the same legal entity or, for Banco Popular, where the bank's official website publishes it. The importer does not invent or derive BIC codes from names.

party_do is required because the CSV imports Dominican RNC values using
the do_vat party identifier type.
Usage
Install or update the module and run the configuration wizard item
Load banks of Dominican Republic. The wizard is idempotent: running it
again updates existing parties and banks without duplicating bank records.
Entities managed by an older version but absent from the current operating
register are preserved for accounting history and deactivated instead of
being deleted.
