Core-compatible bank reconciliation for Tryton

Bank Reconciliation for Tryton ##############################

This Tryton 8.0 module closes and audits bank-account periods by matching posted ledger entries with an externally verified bank balance.

The module uses the core account.statement.journal as its integration point. That model already maps a company and accounting account to the core bank.account model, its currency and its bank. No parallel bank, receipt, payment or statement model is introduced.

Features

  • proposes posted move lines from the configured bank ledger account;
  • prevents a posted line from being confirmed in two reconciliations;
  • rejects overlapping confirmed periods;
  • prevents new entries from being posted into a closed bank period;
  • preserves an audit trail through Tryton's native chat and modification log;
  • does not replace statement importing, payment reconciliation or the account_statement posting workflow.

Configuration

Set a bank account and a reconciliation sequence on each Bank Statement Journal. Optionally set an ignore-before date for historical entries.
