Details 
Initialize es_DO catalogs from the Latin American Spanish catalogs so every server module is directly editable in Weblate while retaining es_419 as the configured fallback.

This eases the extension of invoice data that may be needed to process invoice
line when such data is not yet set on the invoice instance.
