Details 
Initialize es_DO catalogs from the Latin American Spanish catalogs so every server module is directly editable in Weblate while retaining es_419 as the configured fallback.

The * is not actually a parameter of the aggregate function so it is better to

Cédric Krier afcba82077 Do not add history to unnecessary model 
d38610e26ede added history to all related models but it is not necessary as
only the One2Many and Many2Many are needed.
If the target of a Many2One or a Reference has been deleted meanwhile then the
record may not be readable at that date.
