Cédric Krier f33d5cdb1c Remove all keyBinds from datetimepicker 
datetimepicker stops the propagation and prevents default for event with key
bound even if the handler does nothing.
This prevents to have Return to trigger the default submit or Escape to stop
list edition.
But as datetimepicker uses jQuery.extend to setup the options, we can pass
null for keyBinds to remove all the defaults.

Cédric Krier 59918ccc77 Replace tooltip by title and aria-label 
As we display only text, it is more efficient to use title attribute. But we
must also set aria-label because not all screen readers read the title.
We add also the missing tooltip on some buttons.

Felipe Morato 2e6a660033 Format lang tags to comply with toLocaleString 
Replace underscore for language tags to a hyphen because
toLocaleString expects a format of 'pt-BR' for composite tags while
tryton stores them with an underscore: 'pt_BR'.
