Cédric Krier 0a88f54041 Do not format quantities with digits in over shipment warning message 
The rounding, due to the number of digits, may display an confusing message
for which both quantities are the same.

Cédric Krier 9687901516 Link stock moves with invoice lines only for the same quantity sign as the order line 
When invoice lines are created to correct invoices quantity, it should not be
linked to stock moves because it comes from a stock move being cancelled.

Cédric Krier 557f216da5 Retry to get a connection when an OperationalError is raised
