Cédric Krier 43261dcbb5 Improve connection manager 
It fixes issue1933, issue1942 and issue1896

    - no more profile created after database creation
    - keep the selected profile between manager and login window
    - force profile_changed after profile edition

Cédric Krier fbdc2ed992 Don't send value for fields that are statically readonly 
This is important when you don't have write access to a field because it will
generate an access error message.

The menu is now on a left side and the toolbar is inside tab.
