Cédric Krier 41308379cf Don't change group value when it is not needed 
The group of xxx2many must only be changed for set and set_default. Other
methods should keep the removed/deleted records but as the older group was
destroyed this information is lost.

Some selection widgets use integer as value instead of string but their values
are converted to string by the HTML select.

Decimal uses an instance of Number to be different with Float but instance
comparison doesn't work in javascript, so a JSON string must be used.

Cédric Krier aef4813e49 Allow to search on rec_name of Reference fields 
The syntax is similar to the display of Reference in list view:
<target name>,<search value>.
The target name is the name of the target model and the search value follow the
same behavior as when searching on Many2One.
