Cédric Krier bfdd8924a3 Do not allow to mutate dict value 
A copy of the value is always returned so if it is modified it does not modify
the internal value of the record.
So to update Dict value, a new dictionary must be set on the field.

Cédric Krier 4216dfdc7b Do not always update stripe amount with amount received on payment intent succeeded 
The amount received is never updated once the payment intent has been created.
So we should update the payment amount only if the amount received is less
because the payment amount may have been already reduced by refunds.
