Cédric Krier ca4318754d Catch any exception for server version RPC 
It is the first method called with the input of the user.
The login window does not support that it raises an exception and as a lot of
different exceptions can be raised (and may change depending of Python
version), we must catch all of them. It does not hide any programming error as
they are logged.

Cédric Krier 4c65e57063 Use editable path to update editable on display 
The current record is not necessary linked to the editable. For example when a
new record is added, the current record is changed before the editing is done.
Also the CellRendererCombo does not emit remove-widget when focus is changed
which prevent to clear the editable variables.

We add a rule to give read access to all view searches without a user.
We manage the delete access on client side thanks to the _delete attribute.
If the user does not have the delete right, the bookmark star is disabled.

Maxime Richez 2baa5cd154 Set correct direction arrow from order with NULLS extra parameter 
Arrows direction icons in treeview are defined by ASC or DESC keywords. When
using an order with composed sentence eg. "DESC NULLS FIRST", we need to
extract first word to get arrow direction keyword.

Cédric Krier 9864c9e7e7 Connect to button-press-event to fill the favorite menu 
The menu must be filled before the toggled event is triggered so we can not use
'clicked' nor 'toggled'. Indeed 'button-press-event' is the first one but we
must make the callback continue to propagate the event.

Nicolas Évrard 3ebf9e6290 Use character length instead of bytes length when inserting text in NumberEntry 
Using insert_text on GtkEntryBuffer must use the numbers of characters inserted
not the number of bytes.
Likewise Gtk.Editable's set_text must return the position in character not in
bytes.
