Cédric Krier fe4cec2189 Set currency and unit price of production move when unit price is required 
Since 0b2e50445415 the unit price is always set when production is done, so
the unit price of output moves is not important before.

Cédric Krier 76cce2217d Fetch URL icons asynchronously 
If the URL is not yet in cache, an empty image at the proper size is return,
then when the callback is triggered, the URL should be in cache. So we force a
redraw of the treeview which should set the proper pixbuf.
The IconFactory uses a pool of 5 workers like the browsers.
