Cédric Krier 196f9ab692 Register cache instance after being fully initialized 
Otherwise an instance can be accessed by another thread via the registry when
it is still being initialized. And it may crash on missing attribute.

Cédric Krier c0230f79e7 Use boolean operator to test remaining quantity of blanket agreement when closing 
The remaining quantity may be None if the line has no quantity set.
But the getter ensure that the remaining quantity is always greater or equal to 0.
