If nothing has been shipped, the shipment state is "None" but the sale state is

Cédric Krier 13bb47b868 Remove default lead time for product sold 
By default it is better to assume that we do not know the default lead time of
the company which allows to select the first supplier no matter its lead time.
The sale already plans the stock move to today when the planned shipping date
is empty since a748de86c8d6.

Cédric Krier 0bfe0895ae Update height of list-form when it is set on xxx2Many widget 
The current view element is the `list-form` so it is not found. Instead we must
search from the content element of the xxx2Many widget because it replicate the
CSS rule.
