Since 375fb083e95a the userid may be defined in a cookie instead of the
authorization header.

Cédric Krier 0a5b91f689 Fallback to Compact Syntax if RelaxNG files are not present 
lxml can load compact syntax if rnc2rng package is installed.
This avoid the need to generate the RelaxNG files in development.
