Cédric Krier 7b809a4bf9 Do not normalize Decimal value in XML document 
Some third party expect to always have the trailing 0 in the format of currency
amount. So the amount coming from the database must already have the right
precision to format.

Nicolas Évrard 174ea46d73 Lock the whole manipulation of the instance __dict__ when accessing attributes 
Previously the lock was too fine grained and missed some concurrent access that
could result in AttributeError. We implement a slightly changed double-checked
locking technique to ensure a fast path when the initialization already
occured.

Nicolas Évrard 6fbd38e9d5 Use a minimal size of 2 for the select tag of MultiSelection widgets 
Browsers based on Chromium renders the select as a "normal" select tag when
size=1. Such that the mousedown event is triggered twice which clear the
selection.
