Cédric Krier 12f6a3f9ac Do not update shipment cost method to Null if it is already Null 
The migration update the sales already updated each time the sale is
registered. On large table, this can be slow.

Cédric Krier 956b5d8136 Check only shipment with cost method 'order' to invoice shipment cost on order 
If the sale is linked to a shipment with a different cost method than order,
it should not be considered to decide to invoice or not the sale shipment
cost.

Cédric Krier 5affc34597 Remove shipment cost method on sale without carrier 
Since 34a5debdca00 a domain enforce an empty shipment cost method when no
carrier is selected. So former order must be updated to still be valid.

Cédric Krier 60e3544d81 Convert shipment costs in company currency when they have been generated 
For shipment cost from the shipment, the effective date of the shipment is
used.
And for shipment cost from the sale order, the sale date is used.

Cédric Krier d03ff8f1de Deduce sold shipment cost from shipment once sale is shipped 
When the shipment cost method is by order, the sold shipment cost is
dispatched between shipments once the sale is shipped.
The amount is stored on the shipment for each sale (in case the shipments have
been grouped) and deduced from the shipment cost when it is set on the stock
moves.

Cédric Krier 1882caa576 Do not set carrier if no shipment cost is set 
Since d7437e620941 the shipment cost can be defined per party. So a party
without shipment cost should not have a carrier set by default.
A carrier should be set by default only if it is required since bf0b2af7700f.

Cédric Krier 4683fde7ac Make scenario independent of the current day 
The fiscal years are created centered on the passed date such that if the
current day change during the execution, the fiscal year is still usable.
Also fiscal year can be created for a range of dates such that it is guarantee
that the dates are in the fiscal year.
And finally remove datetime and dateutil import when they are not used.
