Xavier Codinas 870a15d85f Drop check percentage constraint before probability column 
The problem was introduced in changeset 6c9049554e91

If the column is dropped before the constraint on some backend like PostgreSQL,
the constraint is automatically dropped which makes the drop statement fails
after.
