Cédric Krier ce8b90c86a Don't create wizard session for ModuleInstallUpgrade 
Updating the wizard session could generate dead lock when updating/installing
modules that contains wizard session.

Cédric Krier b99bb170c6 Fix read related values of reference fields 
By using just only the id to store the related values, it could result a mixing
of different model with the same id. So now, it uses the reference value.
