- Fix racing condition with long job
- Add user restriction for issue1817
- Remove unuseful fields:
    - priority (all cron must be runned)
    - running (never visible outside the transaction)
- Rename some field according to their label
- Remove "Work Days" interval type
- Add cron option to activate or not the cron

The DateTime widget on client side can not handle microsecond and then it
think the value has changed.
