When paying the exact remaining amount of an invoice with different currency,
it should normally be a payment with write-off for exchange rate.

Cédric Krier 83f516f4fe Retry pulling from the queue when DatabaseOperationalError is raised 
The Queue.pull method can raise such exception even with an autocommit
transaction because the update query can be in conflict with another same
update query. This is because we use repeatable isolation level.

Cédric Krier 2da4311287 Add some randomness to avoid concurrent pulling of new tasks 
This prevents multiple workers to pull the same new task at the same time which
can create concurrency conflict.

Cédric Krier 447d768cd5 Convert line quantity into product default unit to compare with forecast 
The forecast quantity on product is always in the default unit. So to make the
same test as on check stock quantity, we need to convert the line quantity
into the default product unit.
