Nicolas Évrard 3ebf9e6290 Use character length instead of bytes length when inserting text in NumberEntry 
Using insert_text on GtkEntryBuffer must use the numbers of characters inserted
not the number of bytes.
Likewise Gtk.Editable's set_text must return the position in character not in
bytes.

Cédric Krier 663f887d51 Returns None when evaluating domain with None 
We implement the same behavior as SQL with NULL which always returns NULL
except for IS operator. So the evaluation has the same result as the search.

Cédric Krier 8fd7ee6d10 Do not rely on cursor column for event with renderer 
Events with renderer may be linked to another column than the one having the
cursor. So we must search for the column having the specific renderer
otherwise we may process the wrong column.

We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier 6855f5295d Use new event store when displaying calendar 
This is faster because the event store is not yet connected to the calendar so
it does not trigger an update each time an event is added.
