Cédric Krier 4bd7cfa657 Clear Shopify ID for product template no more found on Shopify 
If the Shopify ID of a template can not be found on Shopify, there is no need
to keep it as we could not reactivate the Shopify product it is added back.

Cédric Krier 36a3b84c54 Always use the shipment address of the sale as delivery address for the shipment 
The warehouse on the sale is not always filled instead it is the the warehouse
of the shipment that must be used for the comparison. But this makes the test
useless as the shipment address is always used ad delivery address.
