The %s format type even inside locale doesn't produce a localized string.
So we must determine the precision of the value to format instead of relying on
the %s.

Cédric Krier b07f9ee1cc Let GenericText instantiate renderer for Selection 
The GenericText connect the renderer to the send_keys callback which manage the
keypress event for editable tree. It will be lost if the Selection widget
override the renderer. GenericText was designed to allow to pass the renderer
class to instantiate so Selection widget should use this method.

Cédric Krier f95677d1ad Fix TypeError during min/max computation in Graph 
If the field is a datetime, a date or a timedelta but the value if None, it
could be compared to an existing instance and so raise a TypeError.
So the min/max value must be set with a correct value and TypeError must be
catched if the record value is None.
