The O2M screen's tree_states_done property is filled with the view id, this
property is used to know when the state must be set or not. This has the effect
of not restoring the state of O2M widget when switching from a record to
another. This change fixes this behavior.

Using the screen did not always work because there could be some places on the
screen that are not reachable by a window, for example a desktop toolbar.

in operator on relation field must use list of ids. So the related rec_name
should be used instead because domain_parser always uses string as value.
