Cédric Krier a319f053ce Put gir libraries under lib also for Windows 
cf5adeee978b did it for darwin but it is also useful for Windows to avoid
duplicate dlls.

Cédric Krier 72aa4af832 Include shared libraries in lib folder for darwin build 
cx_Freeze 6.15.10 store included files in Resources folder and make a symlink
in MacOS folder for lib and share.
So we must include shared libraries in the lib folder to be available.

Cédric Krier 44d3135067 Replace etc directory by share for frozen build

Cédric Krier 2c82990fb8 Do not stop pool on refresh if modules list is empty 
A Pool.refresh may be triggered on Pool.init if a cache listener is started by
the new transaction of load_modules. In such cache the pool is empty just
after the init.

Cédric Krier b14eea4620 Increase transaction counter when erasing party 
As the erase is done using direct SQL query, the counter is not increased so
there is no log event created because the wizard use the counter to determine
if there were some modification and thus create a log entry.
