Cédric Krier 3daeee94a5 Fix test_get_anglo_saxon_move against new behaviour of Uom.compute_price 
issue4647 added more checks on passed uom so the test doesn't work anymore with
Mock objects and must indeed patch the method.

Cédric Krier cf9b17a855 Raise error for account used only on the accessor 
Because of the batch mode of Function field, the getter must not raise error
otherwise the error can be raised for a record that doesn't require the
account.
So we introduce an new kind of Function field which raise the error only at the
accessor level.
