Cédric Krier 53e8a1dabe Test if exposed before using computed values in motion 
In some cases, motion event is triggered before expose.
So motion method should take care of such case.

Cédric Krier ce7b1598c7 Force focus_out when ComboBoxEntry changed 
The value must be set also when new item is selection because the focus-out and
activate event doesn't catch all cases for example, when using only the mouse.

Cédric Krier 2c85f19799 Don't change group value when it is not needed 
The group of xxx2many must only be changed for set and set_default. Other
methods should keep the removed/deleted records but as the older group was
destroyed this information is lost.

Cédric Krier 4ca7d9b11a Use explicit callback instead of implicit gtk main iteration in rpc calls 
The implicit gtk main iteration leads to bad ordered processing of events. So as
explicit is better than implicit, rpc calls that don't need to block until the
result use a callback.
