The value property is only updated on activate or focus-out but get_value is
also be called to store the value without changing the focus.

Cédric Krier 3e3f142458 Remove fast tabbing 
The focus_chain is deprecated in GTK+3 so we can no more implement easily the
fast tabbing. Instead we remove focusable property on buttons that are not
needed because they have shortcuts.
