Jean CAVALLO feef05415e Improved error management in module registering 
A try in the register_classes method which was supposed to detect
the absence of the register method could hide errors in the
__init__ file of the module and silently go on.

Cédric Krier aa0c950587 Always quote every node name 
As it is the quoted name that is used in get_node, we can not rely on the
automatic quoting of pydot.

Cédric Krier ce8b90c86a Don't create wizard session for ModuleInstallUpgrade 
Updating the wizard session could generate dead lock when updating/installing
modules that contains wizard session.
