Cédric Krier 1ec49a016b Don't use super to get the parent do_* methods of gtk widget 
With some version of GTK, using super call to get the do_* function doesn't
work.  It seems it returns a meta function that will call back the do_* of the
instance. So this leads to an infinite loop.

There is no need to trigger a group-changed for each record added to the same
Group because it will trigger a global display and a the O2MField._group_changed
which depends only on parent.

Cédric Krier 72e7f282fa Quit instead of logout when password cancelled 
Make a logout when there is no more a password/session could generate a lot of
errors or popups. As any way nothing could be saved to the server, it is better
to just quit the application.
