Cédric Krier f9b50f16bf Lock only running cron record 
A single transaction is used to lock, run and update the cron record.
Only the cron run is locked so other cron processes could run other cron
tasks.
When fixing transaction, we ensure that the same cron record is selected again
otherwise we restart with an empty transaction setup the selection process.
If a cron record fails to execute, it is ignored from the selection for this
run.
The run stops once there is no cron record that can be selected.

When the screen is created by a Form, it fetches the resources when a record
is selected. But this is not needed for the menu as it has no menu bar.

Since 12e08efd3872 the readonly of the Screen depends on the selected records.
But we still wants to save the modification from the Window Form even if a

Cédric Krier f065ef4ff9 Use file from the Binary field to display document 
On Windows the file used to create the Evince document must be kept after the
initialization.
Also reusing the file cache mechanism of the Binary field, prevents to create
temporary files on each call of display.
Evince document needs to have the proper extension to be sure to load the
proper backend. So the cache file must be retrieved with the requested
extension.
And finally we use Document.factory_get_document_full so if leading with the
filename extension does not work, it will try to guess from the data.
