Cédric Krier 83ac8fb4c4 Set only the missing tax amount on the current period 
The ratio is computed for all the existing periods with payments, so when
updating for a new period only the part that is not yet on a period should be
modified.

Cédric Krier ead59f4949 Move tax rule pattern from stock move to invoice line 
Since fea57ac2ca9d the taxes for consignment invoice lines are computed by the
invoice line and no more by the stock move.

Cédric Krier 8952b53808 Do not allow to mutate dict value 
A copy of the value is always returned so if it is modified it does not modify
the internal value of the record.
So to update Dict value, a new dictionary must be set on the field.
