The correct way to convert interval into seconds is to use
"EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM ...)". The "SECOND" gives only the value of the second
field.

We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

If any of the dates is readonly, the event can not be modified by drag and
drop.
If the calendar is not editable no events can be modified.

Cédric Krier a99931c5c4 Do use translation cache if records were modified after last synchronisation 
On distributed setup, the cache is not synchronized instantaneously so we can
not use the cache if the record was modified by another process since the last
synchronisation.

The tests did not correspond to a proper use case because the transaction
committed was not the current transaction. So this could lead to wrong cache
being reset and wrong cache being tested.

always a default order set.
To position a new record on non editable tree, we use the order of the 'id'
column if presents.
